Josh Snider
Senior Vice President / National Sales Manager
Josh Snider joined Western Equipment Finance in 2026 as Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager. He leads the national sales organization, focusing on developing the sales team and strengthening relationships with equipment vendors and customers nationwide.
Josh brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and equipment finance. His experience spans sales, relationship management, program management and credit. He has also served on an Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) steering committee.
Josh earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and being involved in youth sports.
